Welcome to lovely flaky skin season!! Even the oiliest of the oily skin bunch have to be feeling a little bit dry right about now. The second you step out of the shower you start to feel it–the tightness, the tingling and the sense that that oh-so lovely flakiness can’t be far behind. So here are my favorite affordable drugstore options for keeping skin hydrated and smooth.
